Wow, what a weekend. We were driving like crazy. We went out to Gilbert on Saturday night for the Manning Xmas Eve party. That was fun. Steve told one of his stories and it was excellent. It was hilarious. I am going to start video taping them all. He is just the best writer and story teller. My kids love his stories. Then we stayed the night at Rickys parents house because we had another Xmas Eve party for the Rogers on Xmas Eve. That was really fun. It was at Rickys parents house this year. Whoevers house it is is in charge of the activities. Steve told his story again and then we went on this huge trailer to look for Santa because he fell off his sleigh right in their neighborhood. We picked up Santa on this trailer and took him back to Rickys parents house and all the kids were able to talk to Santa. It was really cute. He was a good Santa. Race asked him if he was going to be on the nice list this year. Race was very concerned about that. Kali was sick for those 2 days. She had a fever so I felt so bad for her. All she did was lay on the couch.
Then we came home that night. We had a fun Christmas morning. I didnt take any pics I vidoed everything though. Kali was still sick and that was so sad. She didnt even open any presents. Then we took off to Nancis house for breakfast. Christmas breakfast is seriously the best breakfast around. My mom makes her cinnamon rolls that are just the best. Race began to get sick at Nancis. He was sick the rest of the day as well as Kali. Then we took off to the Rogers' house. We did all our exchanges there. We found out the Holly was prego! Yippee!! I am so excited. It will be so fun to have a new mommy around. Then we were supposed to go to dinner at my parents house but the kids were too sick so we just went home.
They were both so sick yesterday too. Race is feeling better today but Kali is still sleeping. This is day 5 of a fever for Kali. UHH! Poor girl.
