our weekend

what a nice long weekend. ricky and i have a hard time staying home. we dont like to sit much. so the day after christmas we took off to mcdonalds so the kids could use their gift cards from grandma and grandpa manning (THANKS GUYS!). I had the kids do their own ordering and they could get whatever they wanted. Then we headed to my brothers house so race could shoot his bb gun. sam and bonnie joined in. sam made a little shooting range type thing so they could shoot cans and cups of water. then we rode bikes in the front yard. fun times! You might notice that tysons bike does not have pedals or a brake. this is the coolest bike ever. he totally pushes and glides. he can probably ride a two wheel already. it teaches him to balance and steer. he actually got right on and did it really well because he has already been doing a scooter like he is 10. so that taught him balance and how to steer.

Christmas Eve and Christmas with Mannings

These two events I forgot my camera. For the Manning Christmas Eve party we went to a church building because we are just so large in numbers. Rickys uncle Larry was in charge this year. It was a great one. We had a talent show and yummy food. then of course Santa came for all the kids. all the kids had ornaments to color and a movie playing with blankets and pillows. it was so cute.

Then for the Rogers side we do that on Christmas Eve. We went to Rickys uncles house in Gilbert. We ate yummy mexican food and did our cousin ornament exchange and kids nativity. Then santa came for all the kids. So fun!

Christmas Morning

We seem to have our Christmas morning down. We get up do our presents and then an amazing breakfast with Inmans with homemade cinnamon rolls, lunch with Rogers and dinner with Inmans. Perfect day. yummy food and fun family.

race, kali, trent, tyson and averi got a really nice Christmas. I feel like Ricky and I did a really good job this year to get them things they would actually love to play with not just "presents" for them to open. It included Tech Deck guys and ramps, star wars everything, crafts, art table, razor 360's, new bike for tyson, i pid nano for Kali, BB gun for Race and a few other things. Way fun! I got a tri bike! yay! I am so excited to start riding. I always see people on their bikes around here and i just love it. I totally want to ride. I used to do a spin class 4 days a week and LOVED it. i miss it. fun for me. I got Ricky a rice maker, crocs with fur, and a dvd player for our room. it was fun.

Pierson/Inman Christmas Party

Last Saturday we went out to Las Sendas in Mesa for our annual Christmas Party with my cousins. It was so fun.I love seeing all of them. It is so fun to catch up and see all the kids.
