Kali was baptized on January 9th. It was such a special day. I loved getting her all ready for the day. She was so excited and so beautiful! Ricky baptized her and her grandpa Steve did the confirmation. They both did great. When Kali came out of the water she had the most blissful smile. She was gorgeous inside and out. I LOVE YOU Kali! I am so lucky to have you as one of my daughters.
Every year since we were married we have gone to breakfast on New Years morning. Well, I think I was out of town for one of them but all the other years we have gone.
Over Christmas break we took a trip to the cabin. All the kids did was go in and out and go sledding. It is so nice because we get to sit inside the nice warm cabin and they can just go in and out on their own. Yay! The neighbor next door has the perfect driveway for sledding.
For Christmas this year we spent Christmas Eve at home. It was very nice. We did go to Steve and Ellens during the day. It was really fun. The kids did a piano recital and Santa came and visited. The kids had a blast. We came home and watched a movie and went to bed early. Christmas mornning was great. Race tried to wake up at 2:00 but we made him go back to bed until 5:30. Then we were up and going. We went to Phoenix for breakfast at my brothers. Then back to my in laws for lunch and presents. Then back to my parents for dinner. It was such a fun day. So many wonderful memories. The kids had a blast and were exhausted. So fun though!
