anniversary

yesterday the 18th was our anniversary. 8 years. a lot has happened in 8 years. we have moved at least 7 times, 3 or 4 different jobs/careers, and 4 1/2 kids. that is a lot. life is fun with its different adventures. we have enjoyed it. we went out to dinner and a movie which was very nice because we have not done a date night in quite a while. we saw spiderman 3. it was very entertaining.

today was our last soccer game. i would say that kali does not like soccer. she never even wanted to play in the games or practice. she said she wants to do dance again. soccer loved it. he was so close 3 times today to score a goal, but didnt quite make it. he is a really good player. we definitely need to work with him at home. i want to try to find a swim team where we are moving. i think they would enjoy that. race wants to do a triathlon in october. it is ages 7-14 for kids. i dont know if he can do it though because he will just barely be 7 and the distance is quite long.

here is to a relaxing afternoon at home watching movies. my favorite.
