Last Friday we played hookie and took the kids up north to my parents' cabin for the day.  My parents were already up there and said there was tons of snow right in the back yard.  Way convenient not to have to drive somewhere huh?  It was a perfect day.  The sun was out and plenty of snow to play in.  It wasnt too cold.   We went sledding in the neighbors driveway.  It is perfect for the kids.  Just the right slope.  We ate dinner and then came home.  It was a perfect day.
