thursday-THANKSGIVING! we went to my moms for dinner. it was so yummy. she did some yummy herb flavored turkey. melt in your mouth good. then of course dessert was fantastic. brett and nanci, bobby and mary, and uncle jimmy were there. we were missing a few families this year. mary played a cute pin the feather on the turkey. everyone wrote what they were thankful for and then the kids pinned the feather on the turkey with them. it was a fun idea. then we came home and settled for about 30 min and ricky and i ran to michaels. they were having a 50% off sale on christmas trees from 6-9. we needed one so we went and got one. totally good deal. when we got home we set it up.
friday-i love black friday. i just love all the shopping. we woke up and decorated our tree and got out our christmas decorations. i think i am missing some but that is okay. then ricky and i hit toys r us. it wasnt bad. we got a lot off our list. it was fun. i just love it. the line looked really long but it went really quick, maybe 5 min. then we came home and gathered children and off to target for a baby shower present. i really wanted to go by the toys but we had all the kids. no fun. then we came home and i took kali over to my sister in laws to color the bottom of kalis hair red. tis the season! i colored my underneath last week and she wanted it done too. i picked up hair color at CVS and it looks really cute. then home and we made sugar cookies and decorated them. i know, early in the season, but i dont want the season to pass me by. i want to soak it all in this year. last year with averi being a newborn i was so into the season.
