weekend

friday was run around day. started with taking the kids to school at 8:30 then I met the other home room mom at Starbucks to plan our class holiday party. then we were off to desert ridge to meet my mom at old navy. we met her so she could buy each child of mine a little shirt or outfit for Christmas. Then we ate lunch and zoomed back to drop off Ricky and the kids at home. Then i headed to races classroom where i was supposed to be to do some classroom work. i was there about 30 min and then took kali and trent out of school and ran home. race had to stay because he had a test. then kali and i went to my hair salon to get our hair done for our pictures. i only had them blow dry it for me because when i do it it goes frizzy but when they do it looks all smooth. hair product. anyhow kali got trim because who knows when she did last and she got some bangs. i love them. i think i might cut some next time. they look so cute on her.
then we bolted home and got dressed for pictures, ran to get race from school, met our picture lady, my cute friend jenn. she did such a great job. i love the pics we have seen so far. then it was time to relax for the day. it was now 6:00. we stopped at paradise bakery for dinner. i am slightly addicted to the fire roasted soup. so yummy. it really is amazing how people just stare at us when we walk in with all 5 kids. it is funny. anyhow when home.

saturday we had races basketball game at 9 then trents at 11. they did great. i love going to their games. trent was hilarious. mr. defense. so cute! then we were off to scottsdale mall to get a christmas tree topper and see santa. the kids were so excited. we had fun. then home to clean. then i took off to the grocery store and then we headed down about 3 miles to the light parade. it was fantastic. we got excellent sneaky seats and parked at a friends house and so it was a hassle free event. we werent planning on going but then at the last min. i wanted to go. it was really fun. then home and finally sat for the day at 9:00. sometimes we are just too busy. it is all fun though.
