half ironman

Jeff, my brother in law, and Heather, my sister in law, did their firsts Half Ironmans. 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike and 13 mile run. They did awesome! Heather was the first girl, and probably only girl, to do one in the family. She did great! I was so happy for her. She worked hard since March. Want an accomplishment. Jeff did great too. He is getting ready for his first full ironman May 1st.
