lately

lets see lately....
on monday the kids swam in the chamionship preliminaries. Race made it to the championships which were last night. you had to be the top 8 in your stroke and age group to make it. he made it in the breaststroke which he calls the frog. in the championships he got 6th. he did great. i was just hoping the whole time that he would keep the same stroke the entire way because quite a few kids were disqualified for not doing the stroke the correct way. he did great. it was so fun to watch. i was so proud of him. kali was in freestyle for the prelims but she got like 30th so she didnt make it to the finals. race also did backstroke for the prelims but he got 17th so didnt make it to the finals in that stroke. i am very relieved for swim team to be over. it was very time consuming and very HOT outside.

Ricky had his first meeting last night with is new calling at church. he said it is a good group. i have a stake activivity that i am helping prepare for sat. my committee is in charge of rolls, butter, water and ice for 600 people. it will be a fun party.
