Wednesday-started out with race saying his tummy hurt and didnt want to go to school. he got dressed and ate breakfast but then on the way he said his tummy was still hurting so he didnt want to go. i had talked to my sister in law and her daughter was home throwing up and our kids were together the night before so i thought i would keep him home. i had doctors appt that morning so race and tyson came along. i wasnt sure how that was going to work out since i was getting "checked" but i didnt know what else to do. i got to my appt and doctor nelson was not there yet. they put me in a room and had me wait to undress because there was going to be a fire drill. that was nice because i had the two boys. then the nurse came in and said nelson was going to a delivery so the nurse practioner was going to check me. so she came in and race heard the heart beat and then went behind the curtain. the nurse said i was a 3 and 75% still. i was shocked at the 3. the first week nelson checked me i was a 1 then last week he said i was a 1-2 but i thought he was just telling me that to make me feel better. a 3 is good for me on my own. i dont think i have been past a 3 on my own. because nelson wasnt there we couldnt discuss any induction plans so i had to make an appt for next tuesday. the women in the office make is seem so simple to just make another appt. well to make an appt means i need a babysitter AGAIN and take the time to go down there. i just wanted nelson to call me and talk on the phone but i didnt want to complain. i wanted to go in next weekend for an induction but you have to get on the list a week in advance for elective inductions so we will see what he says on tuesday. maybe he can still get me in or we will have to wait. i am sort of okay with waiting because the nurse practioner said i was measuring 3 centimeters small but i was growing 1 centimeter a week so that was okay. but i have always measured right on so now i am worried that she is not growing and something is wrong. i hope she is healthy. i do feel way smaller than the other pregnancies. i dont know what to do about it. i eat like crap already. we will say our prayers.
after my appt. i came home and my mom came over at 1 so i could go to race and kalis parent teacher conference. races was first with ms. irby. she just absolutely loves him. she and the student teacher say he is just so darn cute and so well behaved. she said he is very mature. he never tattles, whines, or complains. she said he sits straight up in his desk with his hands on folded on his desk waiting for some sort of acknowledgement. ms irby just loves it and totally feeds him. she said his math is perfect. he knows all his phonograms from flash cards but sometimes hesitates when they are put into words. to be honest i hardly ever have him read to me i always read to the kids. she said he is a great student and all the kids just love him.
kalis ptc was next. she has ms. marchese. she said kali totally knows her phonograms as well and is very lovable. she has lots of friends. she said she does have a few troubles with math. she said kali is funny. there are times when she is totally into her work and really tries and concentrates then there are times when she doesnt care and doesnt really try. she said she is very responsible. she can completely take care of herself. she loves to draw and color. she totally follows instructions and is a very good influence on others. the one trouble is writing numbers from 10-25. i need to work with her on those.
Okay so i have to brag. i do think have the BEST husband ever. yesterday he left the house with all four kids. he took race and kali to school and then took trent and tyson to work with him. trent is fine at work but tyson is just a handful. there are stairs with no railings, chemicals, and hot dryers. i had to get stuff done for the party tomorrow at the church and then it was my mom and sisters birthday lunch. it was so weird not to have any kids for that long. i met up with my mom to go to party city for some supplies and then target for a few things. i got quite a bit done. then it was so nice to go to lunch with no kids. i was a bit stressed the whole time because i know ricky could have been working a lot harder and faster if he didnt have the kids. he is such a good dad and husband. i am so lucky. i missed my kids though. they didnt get home until 7 last night. that was weird for me.
today is get my hair done day. YEAH!! it is so bad. then race and kali get out at 12 and trent out at 1. i need to go to the west side to pick up a large pumpkin wood cut out for the party tomorrow from a friend and make quite a bit of reminder phone calls for those that have signed up to bring food. i hope this party goes alright. i feel like everyone will be looking at me if there is not enough food or if they are bored. i will take some pics and post them on sunday.
tomorrow is the ward party and then sunday is rickys first half ironman. he is so excited. he has never done this distance. he has been training for a year for this. he is ready though. the swim is 1 mile, 56 mile bike and a 13 mile run. he will do great. after that the baby is more then welcome to come anytime.
