Grandma Manning

On February 9th Grandma Manning past away. She had a stroke a few weeks prior and it was a big one. She never went back home. She couldn't talk very well and she couldn't swallow. It was so hard. The kids had asked a few times to go see her but I didn't know how they could handle it. After about 6 days in the hospital they moved her to hospice. We finally let the kids go see her there. They did great. Grandma told each one she loved them. She knew who they were and touched each of their faces. Grandma had some great experiences while she was so close the vail. It was precious. It was so tough on Grandpa. He was not ready for it at all. He didn't want to let her go. We all know that she is going to be in a safe place and seeing all her family. We will definitely miss grandma. Here are some pics from the funeral.
